Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, grills and other cooking equipment. Ensure consistent and smooth running of food production. Follow special dietary requirements as per booking. Contribute ideas for new dishes and improvements to existing menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimise waste and maintain cost- effectiveness. Adhering to kitchen hygiene and safety standards. Train other kitchen staff if required. What you'll require is: 3 years or more of work experience in a similar position in a busy environment.
