What will you be doing? This high-profile role will be responsible for managing the HR function across the group and its overseas subsidiaries. This role involves aligning global HR policies, managing employee relations, and recruitment, and supporting the HR needs of international teams. The HR Specialist will be working closely with senior leadership to develop and foster a cohesive and productive work environment across all locations. Key Responsibilities:
Liaison between head office and overseas subsidiaries to ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate recruitment processes for both local and international positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Manage onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and alignment with global standards.
Identify training needs across the group and work with local HR to implement training programs.
