What we are looking for:
Certified Building inspector (at a level 2 or above) to undertake councils statutory building certification responsibilities and provide expert professional and technical advice on building certification, legislation and compliance issues.
What your day will look like:
You will support and assist the Manager Development Compliance and Plumbing Services as Councils principal Building Certifier
You will manage regulatory breaches by monitoring, investigating and reporting on illegal build matters.
