About the Opportunity
Council is seeking experienced Labourers to join their Parks and Recreation team, who will undertake of a range of horticultural duties as directed including the maintenance of Councils park assets and the operation of horticultural plant and equipment.
This position is based in Dalby.
Reporting to the Parks and Recreation Supervisor, you will:
Operate of a range of horticultural plant and equipment in Councils parks, gardens and cemeteries;
Assist in carrying out programmed and reactive maintenance on a range of built assets and infrastructure;
Demonstrate a commitment to Work Health and Safety standards including hazard identification and reporting;
Complete allocated tasks consistently within agreed time frames; and
Assist with burial
