Their Research and Development Laboratory located in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Chemist to lead their Technical Team ensuring products meet customer needs as well contributing to their strategy in the development of new products.
Duties include:
Coordinating and facilitating the collaboration of technical teams to support product development.
Mentoring and guiding junior team members.
Working with the sales and executive team ensuring product specification.
Working with the broader team and manufacturing partners to scale up formulations.
Contributing to the business strategy in collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Working collaboratively with institutions and providers to achieve key product development objectives.
