This position will provide specialist planning advice and lead and support the delivery of moderate-to complex sustainability, environmental, climate change and carbon planning projects and services to meet the needs of the organization and the community within the region!
Responsibilities & Outcomes
As a Senior Planner - Sustainability and member of the Environment and Sustainability Policy and Planning department you will:
Act as a technical specialist and provide guidance and support to team members in the delivery of sustainability planning and scientific services to drive integrated sustainability and climate change mitigation outcomes across the region and within the MBRC organization
Provide specialist advice in environmental and sustainability planning matters in accordance with legislative, policy and business requirements.
Lead and support the delivery of moderate-to-complex environmental and sustainability planning projects and specialist project teams (including external consultants) to achieve strategic and business outcomes.
