Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our flooring, carpets, shutters, and blinds products to effectively assist customers and retail staff.
Order Management: Coordinate order processing, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate inventory levels across all retail locations.
Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to retail staff, helping them understand product features and customer service best practices.
