Position Overview:
As an IT Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to develop your technical skills while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support to internal users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Respond to support requests via email, phone, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with setting up and configuring new user accounts, devices, and software applications.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems, including patch management and software installations.
Document support activities, resolutions, and best practices in the IT knowledge base.
Assist with inventory management of hardware and software assets.
Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex issues
