We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Community Housing Officer to join our team. In this full-time fixed-term role, you will assist families and individuals in maintaining their housing, providing essential support to those experiencing homelessness, and facilitating access to more affordable accommodation options.
Key Responsibilities:
Support individuals with complex needs in addressing homelessness or maintaining their tenancy through a case management framework.
Conduct intake assessments for new clients and develop personalized service plans.
Promote independent living skills and client choice.
