Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, administrative staff, and support personnel.
Tailor training materials to meet the specific needs and skill levels of diverse learners.
Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars to familiarize users with the EMR system's features and functionalities.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users during the post-implementation phase.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure that training aligns with organizational goals and timelines.
Track and report on training progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an EMR Trainer or Healthcare IT professional.
