About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Finance Analyst to our high-profile customer on a permanent basis in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for the rollout and adoption of a balance sheet reconciliation template to be implemented across the whole organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact on our financial processes by ensuring consistency and accuracy across all reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the rollout and company-wide adoption of the balance sheet reconciliation template.
Work closely with various finance stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and address any queries or challenges.
Support finance teams in maintaining accurate balance sheet reconciliations and improving reconciliation processes.
Ensure adherence to company policies and financial reporting standards.
