Maintenance Officer
Carrington Centennial Care, located in Camden, is a highly regarded and award winning aged care organisation, providing independent living and aged care accommodation, as well as wide-ranging community care services within the Macarthur/Wollondilly Region.
We are currently seeking a full time Maintenance Officer who has an experienced hand on approach. The ideal candidate shows initiative, is able undertake physical activity, possesses great communication and team work skills, whilst also works unsupervised. The role is varied and you will be required to carry out skilled and general maintenance work involved in all aspects of onsite building maintenance, both internal and external, basic carpentry, plumbing, replacement of tiling and flooring.
Essential Criteria :
Similar working experience in this type of role for a minimum 5 years
Knowledge of tools, equipment and materials common to the environment
