You will be maintaining existing relationships whilst building your own network of clients and candidates, growing your brand in the market and becoming an expert in your industry sector.

Main Responsibilities:
Full responsibility on the recruitment process
Candidate and client management
Maintain databases of Clients and Candidates
Utilising a variety of platforms including social media, LinkedIn and job board to attract talent.
Preparing Contract and Onboarding Documentation
Undertaking negotiations on terms and conditions of employment, and examining and resolving disputes and grievances
Candidate sourcing and screening in line with job requirements and hire briefs.
Candidate sourcing and screening in line with job requirements and hire briefs.
Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process
About you:
To be successful you will have previous recruitment agency experience locally or overseas.
You will be passionate about providing HR/recruitment solutions for clients.
You will have experience in business development as well as superior candidate management.
You will be a positive person and a team-player with exceptional interpersonal skills to build and sustain strong internal and external business relationships.
You area high achiever with a competitive nature and a desire to succeed in a sales environment.
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
