- Provide guidance on improving flexibility and calmness by examining the individual's health status and past records
- Offer therapeutic touch techniques to aid in the recovery of tissues like muscles, ligaments, and tendons
- Deliver recommendations for recovery and address specific issues related to soft tissue problems
- Use complementary practices and tools, including herbal remedies and heat or cold applications, for recovery support
- Implement diverse massage modalities to boost athletic capabilities and minimize the risk of harm
- Facilitate stress reduction, enhance blood flow, and ease tension through therapeutic sessions
