Novaskill is currently partnered with a local business in the Port Macquarie area to offer a Commercial Cookery Apprenticeship, including on-the-job training with ongoing mentoring and support to help start building your career.
Youll be completing a nationally recognised qualification whilst gaining experience and developing relations in the relevant industry.

Meet and understand special dietary requirements to cater to diverse customer needs.
Appreciate the importance of flavours and textures in every dish, ensuring a balanced and satisfying dining experience.
Plan and develop recipes, bringing creativity and innovation to the menu.
Apply hygiene, safe food handling, and safe work practices in accordance with industry standards.
Collaborate and work effectively with others in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.
Course Outcomes
A nationally accredited qualification at Certificate III level.
