We offer integrated value-based logistics solutions that bring greater operating efficiency and savings to our customers' supply chains. The opportunity We're seeking a Operations Supervisor to support our Toll Fuels division in Spotswood Victoria. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the purpose of the Operations Supervisor is to support the operational work across the accountable contracts, enabling the execution of the contractual obligations through effective and efficient management and allocation of all resources, whilst adhering to Toll and industry standards / practices. Rotating roster of 4 on / 4 off: 6pm - 6am and is a salaried full time permanent position. Some of your duties may include:

Allocate people and assets to deliver on service standards and targets
Work effectively with the team by sharing information and effecting smooth transitions and changeovers daily without interruption to service levels
First point of contact for drivers in resolving breakdowns and related driver issues
Create and maintain a strong working relationship with all customers, staff and drivers
Undertake core operational administrative data entry and reporting functions, including but not limited to payroll, fatigue management, customer billing requirements and run sheet data

About you:

3+ years experience in Supervisory position within transport or logistics
Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and fatigue management as it pertains to the Transport industry, specifically including dangerous goods
Proven problem-solving ability with a solutions orientation
Self-starter prepared to take the initiative and be accountable
Champion of safe work practices and encourages others to follow HSE procedures
Microsoft office suite expertise
Superior written and verbal communication skills across all levels of employees.
