The Role
Our Asset Care team are seeking an experienced Administrator to be based in our Gladstone Office.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering advanced administrative and coordination services, with a primary focus on precise document management. The position involves supporting a dynamic commercial team by handling compliance documentation within a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
The role will also require 12 weeks per year dedicated to client outages both on and off site, where youll gain experience and insight to worksites and site requirements.

  Key Responsibilities:

Collate, review, and submit timesheets for payroll processing.
Accounts Receivable duties including establishing new client accounts, client invoicing and claim summaries.
