Novaskill is currently partnered with a local business in the Port Macquarie area to offer a Hospitality Traineeship, including on-the-job training with ongoing mentoring and support to help you start building your career.
Youll be completing a nationally recognised qualification whilst gaining experience and developing relations in the relevant industry.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.
Take and process orders accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale system.
Work as part of a team to create a smooth customer experience.
Always maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Ensure the workplace is safe for both staff and customers.
