About the role: We have an exciting new opportunity for a Living Support Manager ?to join our dynamic team at St Vincent?s Care Services, Werribee.
St Vincent?s Care Services Werribee?is a contemporary boutique aged care facility, providing a high-quality haven of care within the centrally-located Wyndham Health Precinct. It is an 80 bed facility located 30km south-west of Melbourne's city centre.
In this role you will report directly to the Facility Manager and will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team.? The role will showcase your unique ability to work collaboratively with the Care Managers whilst guiding the Living Support Team (Personal Care, Lifestyle and Hotel Services team) to ensure your resident centred care and daily preferences are maintained .
