Sales Order Processor role now available! Your new company I am currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Sales Order Processor role for a dynamic market leader in the Manufacture and Wholesale of industrial and retail hardware products. This company is looking for a reliable, proactive candidate to join their team and receive comprehensive training on the company's product range and processes. This company is based in the heart of the Inner West, with free parking on-site. PLEASE NOTE: You must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen to apply. Your new role

Processing customer orders received via phone, email and EDI.
Answering phone calls about product range, price and delivery time.
Maintaining a friendly relationship with customers over the phone.

What you'll need to succeed

Good data entry skills or phone sales experience.
Experience in a similar role is preferred.
Pleasant phone manner.
Knowledge of Fasteners or Industrial Supplies is an advantage but not essential.
Previous experience with CRM systems is highly desired
