Randstad is currently recruiting for an experienced Administration Officer to assist a State Government client in Coomera. This is an AO3 position for 6 weeks, with an immediate start date. This role is focused on providing high level admin support to the team with the coordination of tenders, events and general administration duties.
Key duties:
Maintain record and project management systems
Provide project support to the wider team
Preparation of reports and documentation
Record important information in the database where required
Other general office and administration duties include word processing, printing and scanning.
Skills/experience:
Previous experience in a coordination or project support role
Previous experience in a Sales support position
Previous experience using a range of government systems
Strong communications skills, with the ability to speak with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent administrative skills
