The Opportunity
This position is situated within the National Customer Service team who manage a wide variety of clients right across Australia. It will be the sole responsibility of the newly appointed Customer Service Manager to lead, support, train, motivate, and manage this knowledgeable and experienced team who are an integral part of this Freight Forwarding success story.
Areas of responsibility are
Service Delivery
Participate in implementation / onboarding of new clients
Ensure your team proactively manage client POs in line with client SOP
Manage client escalations and resolution
Ensure operations and operational finance contribute to achievement of customer KPIs
Productivity and Profitability
Review client portfolio and ensure appropriate team resourcing and productivity
Identify & implement opportunities to improve productivity within the client portfolio
Identify & drive projects to improve operational performance while supporting clients supply chain structure
