As the Behaviour Support Nurse, you will work closely with the leadership teams across our four Victorian homes located in Eltham, Kew, Hawthorn and Werribee
You will be responsible for supporting new or challenging behaviours in our residents associated with cognitive impairments. Working closely and collaboratively with the resident, their Next of Kin and all staff within the homes.
You will focus on a positive approach to behaviour management. This will include, but not be limited to having a deep understanding of each resident?s social history, clinical diagnosis and staff understanding and capability.
