We provide warranty, extended warranty and non-warranty servicing, repair, maintenance, and replacement part service on most consumer electronic and digital products. We specialise in repairing electronics due to:
• Electronic/electrical failure
• Operational failure
• Mechanical failure
• Physical damage
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. The selected candidate will not only receive high quality on the job training. You will be the first point of contact for the company and will manage the front desk on a daily basis. This role involves customer service, answering phone calls, booking in unit, servicing customers, and create job ticket referral.
This is a busy and varied role within our business and will involve dealing with a high volume of new enquiries via phones and email, as well as monitoring social media and general reception / administration.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate:
An outgoing and bubbly personality
Confidence on the phone dealing with new enquiries
Strong computer skills and capable of picking up new systems
Ability to work in a small team environment
High standards of professionalism and personal presentation
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm. A remuneration package aligned with skills and experience will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
