Amazing Accommodations Pty Ltd is Looking for someone to work in a hotel/serviced apartment as Accommodation Manager.
The responsibilities include
Managing reservations, responding to guest enquiries, creating bookings and managing Guest Complaints
Managing Payments, processing refunds, follow up on outstanding payments. Most payments as made by Credit card which is integrated with our hotel management system
You will be responsible for housekeeping (Generally we do only on check out unless its a longer booking).
Managing rate and inventory across all OTAs and our website.
You will be provided accommodation in a spacious one bedroom apartment next to the reception.
Its a very flexible role where you manage your own time
