About the role
As the Corporate Finance Manager reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will support Group Management and Executives longer-term decision-making and support capital market activities, including fund-raising and M&A.
*This is a hands-on role and will see the successful incumbent working 3 days in the Sydney office and 2 days WFH to build and maintain relationships with their stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Own Medium to long-term Group financial planning approaches and models
Provide timely, accurate and reliable financial forecasts & actionable analysis to the leaders
Prepare and own financial models to support capital market and M&A activities
Proactively identify performance improvement opportunities and risks
