ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Division Head for Corporate Law, you will guide LEAP’s efforts to deliver a robust combination of AI, software, legal content, and management advice tailored to Corporate Law. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing tools that help firms enhance profitability while delivering high-quality legal services.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the integration of AI-driven technology solutions for Corporate Law firms.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with legal best practices.
- Provide strategic insights to refine LEAP’s offerings based on your Corporate Law experience.
- Manage a customer success team to assist Corporate Law firms in transitioning to AI.
- Oversee a sales and marketing team to establish strong relationships with Corporate Law firms and understand their needs.
- Innovate and ensure the highest standard of legal content and management advice for Corporate Law firms.
- Work closely with a supportive team, contributing to case strategy and ensuring cohesive progress Commercial Law product content.
- Provide legal expertise in drafting and reviewing content for Commercial Law planning products for Commercial Law claims.
- Collaborate with the Forms Designer Team and Database Design Team a to ensure that all product-related content (forms, templates, instructions) is legally sound, clear, and user-friendly

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially when reviewing and drafting legal content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and legal sufficiency.
- Ability to identify potential legal risks and propose solutions that ensure content is both legally sound and user centric.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address legal risks and improve content usability.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders in the content development process.
- 5+ years of legal practice experience in Corporate Law.
- Significant experience in commercial contracts or transactional law at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department.
- Proven ability to independently identify and resolve multi-disciplinary legal issues, minimising risk while supporting business goals.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple high-volume
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
- Enthusiasm for technology and its potential to transform legal services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Management experience is highly regarded.
