Our client is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide teams towards Agile adoption, optimising workflows, and delivering exceptional results.
You will :
Mentor and coach multiple Agile teams in adopting Agile practices
Facilitate Agile events and ensure alignment across teams
Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineering Leads for seamless delivery
Identify and address bottlenecks in the end-to-end flow
Promote technical excellence and continuous improvement
Manage risks and make informed decisions to deliver maximum value
To be successful, much of the following must be highlighted in your CV:
5 years of experience working with Agile teams
Strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and practices
Proven coaching and mentorship skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership
