The City of Gold Coast WHS Delivery team are currently seeking a field based WHS Adviser to strengthen and enhance the service delivery of WHS expertise across the City of Gold Coast. The WHS Adviser will be required to deliver high calibre field-based advice and support to ensure that WHS Policies, procedures and processes are monitored and reviewed. A high level of WHS knowledge is required to ensure that organisational and service specific WHS objectives are met.
Key Deliverables of the position: Provide subject-matter expertise, coaching and mentoring to leaders, key personnel and operational staff as required within the relevant Business Units to achieve Councils WHS targets and strategic objectives.
