Randstad is proud to partner with a leading client in the medicolegal field to recruit a Quality Assurance Officer , based in the inner city Melbourne office.
As a QA Officer, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, regulatory-compliant medicolegal reports, which play a key role in court proceedings. You will be the first and last point of contact for each report, reviewing them to ensure they meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the timely, accurate, and professional release of medicolegal reports.
Lead the continuous improvement of the quality assurance process.
Provide feedback to report authors to ensure compliance with grammar, legal, and regulatory standards, without altering the author's content.
Liaise professionally with lawyers, clients, and other key stakeholders.
Manage report enquiries and correspondence, both inbound and outbound.
Ensure all QA reports meet strict regulatory and legislative requirements.
Assist with scheduling and diary management as needed.
About You:
Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational skills.
Experience in law and/or the medical field (essential).
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Comfortable with reviewing graphic content and resilient under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
