Msquared Capital We are seeking a full-time Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in analysing both client company structures and the fund’s operational effectiveness, performance, developing strategies that enhance performance in fund management and private lending. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset with the ability to really see how our business functions at a macro and a micro level, extraordinary problem-solving skills, experience in a consulting environment, solid presentation skills and exceptional stakeholders management across all levels of the business and within our clients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market and financial sector analysis to identify trends and expansion opportunities for Msquared within the credit fund and private lending sectors. Analyse and review customer company structures, financial health, and operational processes, inline with assessment of Msquared’s performance and risk profiles and provided tailored recommendations for product offering. Evaluate current operational processes within the fund and across the Msquared business structure. Create and present improvement proposals to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and increase customer retention and spend. Develop and implement metrics to monitor performance and measure the success of process improvement and initiatives across the business. Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals. Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables while communicating progress to stakeholders. Develop a detailed framework to understand the funds current customer profiles, and the profiles of our target customer base/s. Prepare and present reports and new market / product recommendations to senior management and clients, focusing on actionable insights. Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on analytical methods and best practices. Create and open and a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, or a related field, preferably within the financial services sector. Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Proficient in data analysis tools and financial modelling software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
