About the Role:
Aurizon is seeking a skilled Trainer to join our Perth-based maintenance workshop. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our employees receive top-notch training, assessment, and certification in alignment with relevant standards. As a Trainer, you will:
Lead and deliver legally required maintenance training and assessments to ensure compliance and enhance performance standards.
Support the development, maintenance, and delivery of all LR maintenance training content and resources, ensuring they meet internal and external requirements.
Develop and monitor the technical and non-technical knowledge and skills of employees.
Maintain high-level skills in maintenance trades to effectively engage with and understand the needs of your audience.
Conduct training needs analysis through consultation with customers and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
Adapt your delivery approach to various audiences and learning levels, ensuring effective training outcomes and quality standards.
