As the WFM Lead (Time & Attendance), you will be responsible for managing Time Capture and system activities to ensure accurate and compliant data is sent to Payroll for processing.
You will work with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate risk/audit management and business continuity strategies that are designed and implemented to maintain agreed performance standards in accordance with Service Level Agreements, legislation, policies and procedures.
Ensure effective management and resolution of incidents, service requests, and problems within the Time Capture applications (UKG Pro), as well as integrated solutions. This will be achieved primarily through external service providers and includes monitoring performance and managing vendors to achieve SLAs and other service management deliverables.
Identify and apply innovative approaches to increase maximise the effectiveness of systems and solutions for our stakeholders
