Philip Riley are looking for a Computer Network and System Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
· Design, develop and install new and efficient network and systems architecture, applications, databases and servers
· Evaluate and provide recommendations on ways network and system operations and hardware can be improved and optimised
· Consistently monitor network and system activities, capacities and usage to maintain reliability and optimise performance for users
· Rectify network problems and emergencies in a professional, skilled and timely manner
· Offer network programming which will support the needs and requirements to meet organisational specifications
· Analyse, configure and monitor network infrastructure to ensure networks and systems are operating effectively and at a high level of performance.
· Ensure appropriate procedures and documentation methods are in place to record network inventory, problems and their resolutions, any updates or modifications, and instructions on maintaining a business's technical networks and systems.
· Assist and provide recommendations on the development, integration and installation of systems and networks by analysing and evaluating system and network designs, architecture requirements, models and diagrams.
· monitoring network traffic, and activity, capacity and usage to ensure continued integrity and optimal network performance
As successful candidate will be able to design, develop, maintain, configure and provide support for network and system hardware. They will be required to investigate, analyse, test and make recommendations to users regarding opportunities and strategies to optimise technical networks and systems.
The successful candidate will have:
? A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills the ability to prioritize and successfully complete projects.
