Full Time Centre Director (Child Care)
SALARY $81,000 + SUPERANNUATION

DUTIES
• Leading team
• Maintaining relationships with families and the staff
• Hire staff as needed and review staff
• Ensuring the centre’s ongoing compliance with NQF and managing QIP
• Managing budget, advertising, and contributing to the implementation, improvement, and conformance to policies, procedures and other business systems
REQUIRED SKILLS
- At least 1 -2 years of experience in the related field.
- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education.
- Must be good at communication and fluency in English.
- Organised and have capability to manage the stressful situation.
- In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
