Tender and Contract Administrator

We are looking for a tender and contract administrator to join our team.

In this role you will:
- Act as point of contact for inquiries and resolving issues concerning tenders and contracts
- Work closely with clients and Expro’s operations and business development teams during tender stage from pretender planning through to tender acceptance
- Work with operations to ensure the company will be able to undertake the scope of work prior to tender submission and setting this out in tender and contract terms. This includes ensuring all required equipment and staffing levels for the project scope will be available for the project
- Assist during contract execution/project stage by reviewing the contract and coordinating with different departments (commercial, finance, legal and operations)
- Act as focal point between Sales and Operations Departments to ensure smooth contract handover process and ongoing support during project lifetime.
- Working Collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure goals alignment by establishing clear communication channels.
For example, by arranging and leading Teams groups to share information and updates and Weekly Meetings to provide an opportunity to align efforts and resolve any issues with tenders and operations.
- Collect and analyse job performance reviews and work with operation teams identifying areas of improvement.
- Collect and analyse sales and customer information using company CRM, utilizing the platform's built-in tools and integrating with other data analysis tools for more advanced analysis
- Preparing Management Reports by collecting and organising information related to safety incidents/events, ongoing/upcoming operations updates, budget forecast and business development updates to provide valuable insight and support decision making

To be successful you must have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in the same industry
- Strong communication skills

This role has a salary of AUD$80k to AUD$85k
