Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced full-time Hardware Technician to join our team (38 hours per week). The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant work experience and a passion for technology. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware systems and providing on-site support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware systems and peripherals
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues and perform repairs as needed
- Conduct hardware testing and ensure all components function optimally
- Provide technical support to clients both remotely and on-site
- Assemble and disassemble hardware systems for upgrades or repairs
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and inventories
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure system integration and performance
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- A relevant Diploma in IT or a related field
- Strong technical skills in hardware diagnostics and repair
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills and customer service-oriented approach
