Duties:
• Monitor and track all food preparation works in the kitchen.
• Assist in preparation of sauces, and other as required.
• Planning and preparing sushi, nigiri, sashimi and other food items.
• Planning of menu and displaying them as needed.
• Checking stocks and making sure the kitchen is supplied with required food items.
• Ensuring safe and high-quality food is served to our customers. Maintain quality service.
REQUIRED SKILLS
At least 1-2 years’ experience as chef in the related field.
At least 3 years’ experience as a cook
Previous experience in a Japanese restaurant is highly considered.
