You require developing your team for achieving restaurant results and striving for success, whilst maintaining a strong focus on profitability and consistently high standards of Food & Beverage service. Maintain adequate stock levels and the highest standards of restaurant upkeep and cleanliness.
RSA certificate must and this position involve Day and Night Works & Weekend Shifts.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily running of the restaurant (including managing the till, communicate with suppliers, repairers and relevant authorities).
Train, lead, motivate and develop your team to deliver the highest possible restaurant standards;
Communicating with clients for their booking and function queries.
Delivering a second to none customer experience;
Setting up floor & table for service.
Monitor food, beverage and labour costs across the restaurant;
Adhere to all company policies including food handling, OH&S and Quality Service and Cleanliness standards; and
Complete and maintain all administration tasks on a daily/weekly basis.
Skills and experience
Strong and proven experience in Restaurant Management.
Knowledge and understanding of contemporary food and beverage concepts
Strong work ethic;
Great customer service and communication skills;
Positive attitude, enthusiastic personality and winning smile.
Qualifications in Hospitality Management will be an advantage to get this job but not mandatory.
