Phillip Riley are searching for an experienced Corporate Services Manager to join the executive team.
You will report to the Managing Director.
Tasks include:
Performing high level administration duties and ongoing operational support;
Comprehensive financial management including planning, budgeting and reporting;
Strategic initiatives including sensitivity analysis, finance modelling, process reengineering across different operations;
Ensuring effective ongoing cost control and cash flow management including use of invoice discounting facility;
Preparing weekly management dashboards and monthly board reports;
Team management and leadership;
Liaising with external accountants and auditors when required;
Performing in public forums to promote new programs and policies
Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained;
