Salary $75,088 and 11.5% super
Must be available in weekends
Responsobilities:
• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient working and compliance to quality and health standards.
• Monitor the inventory for food, beverages and other miscellaneous items and efficient ordering from suppliers.
• Manage the restaurant staff including both kitchen and servers and train staff.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure the same from all staff.
• Ensure that restaurant is in compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations as per ACT government.
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years’ experience in the related field.
Previous experience in a Japanese restaurant is highly considered.
