Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Bricklayer with 2-3 years of experience in the field to contribute to our growing portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will possess technical proficiency, an eye for detail, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lay bricks, pre-cut stone, concrete blocks, and other types of building blocks in mortar to construct and repair walls, partitions, arches, and other structures.
• Interpret blueprints and drawings to determine specifications and calculate materials required.
• Ensure that structures are built in strict compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Work efficiently with other team members to complete projects on time.
• You will be required to work at various construction sites in Melbourne.
Qualifications and Skills:
• 2-3 years of bricklaying experience.
• Possession of a valid White Card is essential.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
