Salary: $73,500 - $75,000 + 11.5% superannuation

Our client, Good Luck Wellington Pty Ltd, operates an independently owned fuel and convenience store, offering high-quality fuels at competitive prices. With a commitment to exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service, they are seeking a highly motivated Retail Manager to lead the business, drive operational success, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role
As the Retail Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing the store, focusing on customer service, operational efficiency, cost control, and business growth. You will oversee the smooth execution of business strategies and ensure key operational goals are met across the retail network.
This role includes managerial and administrative duties such as determining product mix, managing stock levels, setting service standards, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement purchasing and marketing strategies, including setting prices.
Plan and execute daily strategies to achieve store and individual sales targets.
Manage stock levels to minimise shortages, prevent stock loss, and maximise sales.
Lead, support, and develop the team to meet performance and service goals.
Execute visual merchandising standards within the store.
Prepare budgets, reports, stock takes, rosters, and ordering schedules.
Promote and advertise goods and services effectively.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries.
Analyse sales data and forecast future trends.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain records of financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Oversee store operations, including stock control and staff rosters.

Minimum Requirements
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in a relevant field.
3+ years of experience in a similar role.
