About the role The Manager, Brand & Insights will lead and manage the City of Greater Geelongs brand revitalisation during a period of transformative change. This role is crucial in ensuring that the Citys corporate reputation is optimised, fostering public trust and social license for innovation. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and overseeing a team of Research and Insights Analysts, you will bring the City's brand identity to life both internally and externally, guiding brand strategy development, and using data insights to shape decisions. You will also be instrumental in managing brand governance, measurement, and reporting.
