The Maintenance Manager will lead the engineering/maintenance function to ensure the highest standards of asset care that will support Safety, Quality, and Production through condition and TPM functions that underpin OEE improvement.
With a strong commitment to accelerate safety and productivity performance, you will lead and coach your team to embed a culture of continuous improvement and best practice maintenance methodologies
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Provide leadership, coaching and support to the maintenance, allocating & prioritising tasks to execute maintenance and reliability plans
Work closely with Production and Quality teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain plant production capability
