As the StoreManager of this dedicated team, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delightful shopping environment for customers. You will support your team through coaching and development in order to achieve results of a high standard, all whilst leading by example to inspire others.


Key Skills & Experience Required


A minimum of 2 years retail management experience
Proven experience achieving budgets, targets & KPIs
A developed consultative sales approach
Strong operational and organisational skills
Stock control experience
Visual merchandising exposure
An agile personality and enthusiasm
