I'm working with a fantastic client in the automotive technology space, looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and management of their Automotive Dealer Management Systems (DMS) . This role is integral in driving innovation and delivering solutions that help automotive dealerships operate more efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and drive the product vision and roadmap for the DMS, aligning with strategic objectives to foster growth and reduce costs.
Lead the entire product development process, from concept to launch, working closely with Dealer Principles, Sales, Service, and Marketing teams.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, translating it into valuable product features and improvements that solve real dealership challenges.
Monitor performance metrics like user adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction to ensure product success.
