Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of the overarching data strategy, ensuring a robust governance structure is in place.
Collaborate with leadership to set the vision for analytics, prioritizing projects and defining the technical architecture across multiple cloud platforms.
Take a hands-on approach to engineering and oversee the creation of the next-generation data platform integrating data from various sources like legacy CRMs, Salesforce, and key partnerships.
Ensure consistency and reliability in data reporting by streamlining the ingestion and processing of multiple data streams, creating a single source of truth.
Design and implement data governance policies that address security, access and retention issues.
Key Requirements
Strong experience in data strategy, governance, and building scalable analytics frameworks.
Expertise in cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and large-scale data solutions (Databricks).
