Main Responsibilities:
Counter Sales:
Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and handling counter sales transactions efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to the sales team as needed.
Assist customers with product information and order processing, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Warehouse Duties:
Receive, pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately, maintaining detailed documentation.
