Our client, a vocational education leader is seeking customer service professionals to work in their Trade Specialist sector. These roles are based in the contact centre for the blue collar courses team. Taking Inbound calls and emails from potential or current students around course information and helping them to enroll into courses using the complex enrolment system.
While it is predominantly a contact centre environment, this position may see you also doing face to face student contact as well as general admin duties as required. The positions are based at Acacia Ridge but you may be required to travel between other Southside locations pending business needs.
